Role Overview
- Supervise the evening operations of the front desk
- Maintain positive working relationships with all other departments
- Support the vision and goals of the General Manager
- Assist in creating and implementing new service initiatives
- Be a hands-on leader and be a visible front office team member
- Monitor departmental service levels and act accordingly
- Identify areas of opportunity to improve processes and procedures
- Responsible for internal audits to ensure compliance with corporate SOPs
- Responsible for staff development
- Serve as Manager on Duty as needed
- Work all shifts as needed
- Responsible for other duties set forth by the General Manager
- Work front desk as needed
- Assist in the management of the resorts room matrix
- Provide follow up of maintenance/housekeeping requests
- Ensure the satisfaction of all guests by responding to guests needs
