Deliver exceptional customer experience to internal and external customers
Demonstrate good technical insurance knowledge of coverages
Follow Hub Service Guidelines
Demonstrate commitment to teamwork by supporting Account Executive/Account Manager and Marketer with all aspects of servicing commercial accounts
Act as primary Customer Service Contact in the absence of Account Executive/Account Manager
Respond to customer requests directly (or indirectly from Account Executive/Account Manager), submits information to appropriate insurance companies and binds coverage where appropriate
Prepare proposals, rate sheets, customer correspondence, certificates, and invoices as per agency standards
Prepare cover notes on accounts marketed by production team
Process all documentation according to Hub workflows
Requirements
Level 2 General Insurance License
2-3 years of experience in the Commercial Division
Excellent customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
