Associate Insurance Advisor, Commercial

Role Overview

• Deliver exceptional customer experience to internal and external customers
• Demonstrate good technical insurance knowledge of coverages
• Follow Hub Service Guidelines
• Demonstrate commitment to teamwork by supporting Account Executive/Account Manager and Marketer with all aspects of servicing commercial accounts
• Act as primary Customer Service Contact in the absence of Account Executive/Account Manager
• Respond to customer requests directly (or indirectly from Account Executive/Account Manager), submits information to appropriate insurance companies and binds coverage where appropriate
• Attend Critical Path meetings; follow up on action items required by Account Executive/Account Manager, Marketer or Servicer
• Prepare proposals, rate sheets, customer correspondence, certificates, and invoices as per agency standards
• Process all documentation according to Hub workflows
• Maintain accuracy of electronic files

Requirements

• Level 2 General Insurance License
• 2-3 years of insurance experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
