Follows HUB Service Guidelines
Processes all documentation according to HUB workflows
Formally corresponds with customers and insurers
Manages account reconciliation working with Accounting team
Maintains accuracy of electronic files
Reviews and ensures accuracy of policy documentation from insurers
Abeyances and follow-up for outstanding information & documentation
Reviews and prioritizes all assigned tasks on a daily basis including mail, emails, abeyances/activities
Provides back-up support for other departments and Reception on an as-needed basis
Continues professional development in order to enhance skills and abilities
Requirements
A Level 2 insurance license is required; however, if you’re not fully licensed, we’ll support you in gaining the certification as part of your career development with us
Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Intermediate MS Office knowledge, with focus on Excel and Word
