Drive growth with multi-regional partners by implementing Axis programs at the local, regional, and global levels.
Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned partners.
Collaborate with business area and head region leaders to align account activities and revenue goals, ensuring data tracking for global alignment with projects.
Serve as first point of contact and a global escalation point for assigned accounts.
Report account progress to both regional leadership and the Global Head of the Multi-Regional Program.
Partner with regional sales teams to ensure smooth execution, delivery, and follow-up for accounts.
Work cross-functionally with other Axis teams to strengthen partner relationships, including and not limited: Product and segment teams, End-customer teams, Distribution partners, Marketing and administrative functions.
Drive partners to AECs and educate partners on Axis’ value and offerings.
Coordinate end-customer rollouts with Axis’ customer-facing teams.
Coordinate with distribution representatives to improve project execution and efficiency.
Perform other related tasks and duties as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years in a sales-driven role.
Solid understanding of technical products, solutions, and services (hardware & software).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Salesforce experience preferred.
Must be able to lift 20-50 lbs, occasionally more.
