Oversee client onboarding, offboarding, and account transitions, ensuring seamless experiences and maximizing account potential through the introduction of new ideas, strategies, and growth opportunities.
Responsible for providing timely feedback, coaching, and evaluation of team members' goals and tasks, conducting weekly 1:1 meetings to offer ongoing support.
Collaborate closely with Pod Leader and Directors throughout the pod to achieve financial targets and objectives, ensuring efficiency with staffing plans and allocations as well as client margin.
Stay at the forefront of industry, consumer, platform, and relevant vertical trends. Implement cutting-edge tactics and technologies.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in TV, Audio, and Display roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns
Management experience required.
MBA or experience in finance, consulting, or like industries a plus.
Experience with SQL
Mastery of principles of marketing data analysis, including A/B testing, incrementality, statistical significance
Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions
Advanced computer skills including Google Suite, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams.
