The Design Coordinator oversees multiple projects from conception through completion.
Communicates project requirements and deadlines, collects any supporting materials, and ensures timely project movement.
Supports the Creative Services Manager, Design Director, and Creative Director in day-to-day workflow.
Facilitates the Editing Process and ensures all edit requests move between teams efficiently.
Confirms design materials are delivered on time while maintaining high-quality standards.
Takes ownership of projects within the Creative Department and maintains high-quality standards throughout the editing process.

Must have 3-5 years of experience with art, design and print production.
Must understand and can speak to technical print requirements.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and agency relationships.
Ability to evaluate creative and provide actionable creative direction to team members.
In-depth experience managing projects from design through to print execution.
Proficiency using Trello or similar project management tools.
Exceptional attention to detail; please include the word "penguin" in your cover letter.
