About this role
Role Overview
Acquire and develop regional customer base
Build relationships with key customers and GPO account managers
Sign contracts with corporate entities including management companies and ownership groups
Partner with strategic accounts and maintain effective long-term relationships
Build and implement sales plans with Field Directors, SSMs, BDMs and TMs
Provide feedback, reporting and sales opportunities to the field sales management team
Review and assess integration and simplification of sales and customer service systems and processes
Implement detailed account analysis, quarterly customer business reviews and evaluation of customer needs
Develop relationships with key vendors
Organize and participate in trade shows, customer activities, and assisted living organizations
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Sales Management experience and/or extensive sales experience calling on the Senior Living industry
Proven track record of attaining maximum sales results through successful interaction with established customers and new prospects
Ability to travel as needed, up to 50% of the time
