Learning, Development & Training Specialist

Role Overview

• Create training content for internal and external stakeholders
• Develop clear, structured learning materials (modules, guides, job aids, videos, decks)
• Build and maintain the Verifier Certification Pathway
• Establish version control, update cycles, and 'single source of truth' training libraries
• Partner with Verification leadership and field teams to identify skill gaps

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in learning & development, instructional design, enablement, training operations, or a closely related field
• Ability to explain technical or complex concepts simply, clearly, and with empathy
• Proficient in tools such as Salesforce, Google Drive, and Microsoft Suite
