Role Overview
- Calculating renewal rates for large complex Level Funding cases
- Determines and provides guidance to medical underwriters
- Coordinates with other departments to ensure accuracy and consistency of account reporting
- Proposes rates for prospective business
- Performs post-sale reviews
- Prepares or supervises preparation of annual settlements and ERISA reports
- Surveys existing product portfolios and monitors sales results
Requirements
- Requires a BA/BS in a related field
- Minimum 5 years of related experience
- Level-funded plan expertise preferred
- Progress toward or completion of relevant designations/certifications (e.g., CPCU, CLU, LOMA, HIAA) preferred
- Ability to clearly explain pricing/risk decisions and negotiate effectively
