Serve as the client’s primary support for SPS’ financial reporting offering
Process and report clients’ financial reporting data according to defined schedules
Establish, implement, execute, and supervise ad-hoc requests for support and analysis
Train client contacts to use Plan Sponsor Workstation (PSW) and its functionalities
Build long term relationships with clients for end-to-end service delivery
Participate in all operational aspects of the reporting process
Implement client’s reporting from legacy providers to Fidelity systems
Assist with overall testing efforts for SPS financial team
Provide complete and accurate reporting delivery during monthly/quarterly cycles
Collaborate with SPS Operations and Client Service Managers for stock plan administration

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
3-5 years of Accounting/Finance, Financial Services and/or Stock Plan Administration experience
Excel and Access skills
Certified Equity Professional (CEP) level 1 encouraged
Strong ability to multi-task, react and think quickly
Positive “can-do” demeanor and willingness to work across groups
Team player providing high level of support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Strong operational and project management skills
Proven success in developing presentations and reporting
Very strong verbal and written communication skills
Passionate about details and possess strong communication and organizational skills
Self-starter with strong sense of ownership
Flexible enough to work overtime if needed.
