Provide oversight and supervision of the human-centered recruitment strategy
Assist with the management and enhancement of the talent acquisition unit infrastructure
Support the development, implementation, management, and evaluation of an efficient, human-centered candidate sourcing process
Provides high-touch, prompt communication to support both recruits and hiring managers
Manage the Recruitment Assistants team to ensure proper allocation and timely task completion
Assist in the development, implementation, management, and evaluation of the ASI recruitment strategy
Create and deliver engaging presentations to promote job opportunities
Manage all job fairs, employment specific presentations/opportunities, and event tabling for candidate sourcing
Create positive and sustainable external relationships with campus stakeholders for recruitment opportunities.

12 credit/units in Management and Human Resources (MHR), or equivalent
Minimum of 6 months of experience in recruitment
6 months of customer service experience
Minimum of 1 year of leading or supervising the work of others
Experience presenting to audiences
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data, identify trends and recommend improvement practices in talent acquisition
Working knowledge of human resources functions, procedures, and systems
Experience within a university or nonprofit environment, preferred.
