Support development and implementation of talent management programs
Administration and support of Talent Development initiatives, programs, and platforms, including Workday and Adobe Connect
Collaborate with program leads to develop, deliver, and support projects and programs, for Talent Development and Talent Acquisition including SharePoint pages and process documentation
Create and run reporting related to talent management programs, i.e. performance and enrollment
Collect data and develop insights for programs to enable continuous improvements
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Excellent administration skills; detail oriented
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects while remaining organized and effectively managing time
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
Ability to use data to identify trends, explain the "story" and provide solutions for continuous improvement
Ability to work in a fluid and collaborative work environment with changing deadlines
A strong record of teamwork with the motivation and ability to work independently with little supervision
Possesses a reputation for resourcefulness with a strong sense of accountability and initiative
Demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
Experience in event planning, meeting organization desired
