Oversee all supply chain deliverables and ensure completion within the NPD phase gate process.
Act as the primary liaison between project teams and supply chain functions, such as commodity management, supplier quality, compliance, and purchasing.
Prepare and present supply chain content for project reviews, documenting evidence for gate approvals.
Delegate tasks and request additional supply chain support as needed, ensuring all team members understand project scope, priorities, and timelines.
Initiate and manage quoting processes, supplier selection, and organize DFM/DFT discussions among stakeholders.
Support sourcing activities, focusing on cost, lead times, and supplier quality. Manage all procurement for prototyping and development phases.
Drive process improvements in supply chain activities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
