Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.
Leverage recruitment tools to identify and engage with qualified candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and ensure they align with job requirements.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future IT roles.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet hiring goals and timelines.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to hiring managers and other stakeholders.

Proven experience in recruiting IT professionals for US-based roles (minimum of 3 years)
Strong understanding of the US IT job market and technical roles (e.g., developers, network engineers, system administrators, etc.)
Proficient with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Full knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
