This position coordinates the recruiting and onboarding, driving the company’s caregiver talent acquisition efforts.
Extensive telephone, video call, and email interaction with applicants and caregivers.
Provides staffing support
striving towards and providing insight and recommendations for the ‘best match’ caregiver assignments for clients.
Direct impact on business growth through increasing awareness of the company within recruiting channels, ‘selling’ us and qualifying candidates, meticulous record keeping, supporting caregiver retention and recognition, and ensuring new hires are 100% ready for staffing on shift with clients.
Requirements
High School Diploma/GED required; CNA or HHA experience a plus.
Must be detail-oriented.
Have excellent customer service skills and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Should have LEADERSHIP QUALITIES.
Healthcare or home care experience is preferred.
