Assist in creating, editing, and distributing internal communications, organizing operational updates, and helping ensure information flows accurately across teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners, contribute to real projects, and gain practical experience in operational strategy and stakeholder communications.
Support process improvement initiatives by documenting workflows and communication best practices.
Assist with planning and execution of internal campaigns, meetings or operational initiatives.
Monitor feedback to evaluate communication effectiveness.
Perform general administrative and project support tasks as needed within the Operations team.
Requirements
This is a hybrid position requiring onsite work three days per week at the Support Center in Legacy West, Plano, TX.
This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
Availability is required from June 1 through August 7, 2026, with a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week.
Basic understanding of internal communications, business operations, or organizational processes
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to edit, proofread, and format content for clarity and consistency
Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools common office tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Google Workspace)
Understanding of collaboration in a team-based, cross-functional environment
Basic project coordination and task-tracking skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
