About this role
Role Overview
Lead regional growth strategy for laser scanning and reality capture solutions, targeting high‑value sectors such as surveying, engineering, industrial facilities, construction, and infrastructure
Develop and manage enterprise-level sales opportunities, including multi‑stakeholder engagements and long-cycle deals
Build and maintain a high‑quality pipeline aligned with strategic market segments and revenue objectives
Represent the company as a senior technical-commercial expert at major trade shows, conferences, and ecosystem events
Deliver advanced on-site and virtual demonstrations tailored to complex customer environments and workflows
Serve as a subject‑matter expert for laser scanning technologies, spatial data processing, and integrated field‑to‑finish workflows
Provide high‑level advisory support to key accounts, including workflow design, ROI analysis, and implementation best practices
Collaborate with product, engineering, and solutions teams to refine offerings based on regional customer needs and market feedback
Build and sustain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across enterprise accounts, channel partners, and industry influencers
Support channel development by training, coaching, and strategically enabling partner organizations
Lead customer success initiatives, including advanced training, onboarding oversight, and adoption acceleration
Gather and synthesize field intelligence to inform market strategy, competitive positioning, and product roadmap discussions
Requirements
Deep expertise in 3D laser scanning, reality capture, 3D point clouds, or geospatial technologies
5–10+ years in business development, technical sales, or senior customer-facing roles
Proven ability to influence and close complex technical sales in the geospatial or construction technology sectors
Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive‑level relationship skills
Strong autonomy, strategic thinking, and leadership in field‑based environments
Ability and willingness to travel regionally (50–70% or more as needed)
