Role Overview
- Work closely with underwriting teams
- Provide a consistently high level of technical expertise in an efficient manner
- Collaborate with operations colleagues to develop solutions
- Contribute to the development of the next generation of underwriting experts
- Participate in short-term projects to support growth and profitability
Requirements
- At least 5 to 7 years of underwriting experience in commercial insurance, specifically Property and Casualty
- Strong knowledge of policy wordings, products, and underwriting systems in commercial insurance
- Experience in mentoring and skills development
- Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual (French and English) is required
