Role Overview
- Perform the task of benefit education and validation
- Handle accurate verification and calculation of patient liabilities
- Perform various patient access and insurance eligibility checks
- Assist in facilitating daily inhouse call reviews
- Register patients at the time of service or prior
- Make follow-up phone calls to patients unable to pay in-house
- Assist eligibility specialists in verification of insurance information
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- High School Diploma/GED Required
- CRCR (Certified Revenue Cycle Representative) Required within 6 months of hire (Company Paid)
