Lead channel marketing strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regional execution
Own end-to-end global partner marketing programs, including campaign development, enablement, and portal optimization
Collaborate with regional and global product, sales, and campaign teams to develop partner-specific programs, materials, promotions, and other initiatives that support sales goals and encourage both pipeline growth and partner engagement
Establish global KPIs for partner success and ensure consistent measurement across regions
Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly reports that summarize partnership achievements, performance gaps, and areas for improvement
Requirements
6+ years in B2B marketing with deep channel/partner experience
Proven ability to lead global programs, influence senior stakeholders, and drive measurable impact
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; adept at turning insights into action
Comfortable operating in a high-autonomy, fast-paced environment across cultures, time zones and levels of seniority
Open to occasional travel (domestic and international)
