Accounts Payable Supervisor

Role Overview

• Perform full-cycle accounts payable processing
• Prepare, review, and process weekly check runs and ACH payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate and complete accounts payable records
• Supervise and train accounts payable staff

Requirements

• Ensure adherence to internal controls, segregation of duties, and audit requirements
• Develop, document, and maintain accounts payable procedures
• Support internal and external audit requests
• Participate in special projects and ad hoc assignments
