About this role
Role Overview
Lead the sales function for professional services, setting clear revenue targets and driving execution to achieve and exceed goals using established sales management tools and processes.
The role will define our service offerings, manage a team to sell to new and existing customers and leverage market leading tooling and processes to support these efforts.
Collaborate with sales operations to provide effective reporting to ensure a clear line of sight to achievement of services sales targets.
Provide overall leadership and direction for solution architecture teams, including workforce planning, performance management, coaching, career development, and readiness to support sales and delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
12+ years of progressive experience in P&C insurance enterprise services sales and architecture, solution design, or technical leadership roles.
5+ years of experience leading and managing technical teams.
Demonstrated experience designing and governing large-scale, enterprise, cloud-based software solutions.
