Partner with Product Marketing to translate product narratives into field-ready positioning, content, and programming.
Act as a connective tissue across product, sales, and marketing to ensure GTM alignment and consistent execution globally.
Define and own the enablement roadmap, including onboarding, pitch training, playbooks, certification, and knowledge delivery systems.
Champion narrative consistency across all sales and client-facing materials.
Coach frontline teams on how to deliver complex concepts (e.g., PurchaseLoop, SDK bidding, CTV) with clarity and confidence.
Lead creation of persona
and use-case-driven pitch content that supports consultative selling.
Design and scale onboarding and ongoing enablement programs that increase rep productivity and reduce time to ramp.
Own sales learning paths in partnership with RevOps and Sales Leadership.
Build content and training cadences around new products, market shifts, and competitive updates.
Own enablement tooling and content management systems (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, or equivalent).
Establish governance, workflows, and performance measurement for content use and effectiveness.
Monitor performance metrics and adapt programs based on insights and rep feedback.

10–15+ years in sales enablement, product marketing, or GTM leadership roles—preferably in ad tech, martech, or B2B SaaS.
Strong alignment with marketing and product teams; able to translate technical concepts into business value.
Outstanding executive communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
Proven success building global enablement programs in a high-growth environment.
Ability to work across functions and influence without authority—especially in matrixed orgs.
