7+ years of experience in Video Game Production, preferably in both Publishing and Development
Strong understanding of game development
Design, Programming, Art, Audio, Localization, QA, Release Management
Able to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, utilize analytical skills for continuous improvement
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in presenting to and communicating effectively with stakeholders and partners at all levels
Proven leadership skills, able to influence teams without direct authority
Expertise in managing project budgets
