Design Producer

Blink UX is a user experience firm that collaborates with leading companies to create memorable products. They are seeking a Design Producer to manage team requests, prioritize tasks, and integrate efforts across product, engineering, and user experience teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage team intake requests, team capacity, and help the team prioritize, develop work back schedules
• Possess design sensibility to look at something and know when it’s ready to bring to the team or not
• Work closely with product, engineering, user experience and business teams to make sure we are all marching toward the same goal
• Manage roadmap of UX tasks, vision, and integrate with dev teams to do deliver results
• Expert knowledge on E2E delivery

Requirements:

• 7+ years of design project or program management experience within a product design organization, with experience working across accessibility, content design, engineering, product design, product management, and user experience research disciplines
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Experience collaborating with and developing and presenting materials to stakeholders—including Director and VP-level senior leadership
• A proven track record of partnering across a wide array of internal business groups, external marketing agencies, executive stakeholders and execution partners
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Remote, but open to travel to Bay Area preferred
