Proactively contact customers by phone, email and chat to remove pain points in their activity, highlight safer gambling tools, fulfil AML obligations and gather feedback.
Provide regular reporting on customer activity whether on an individual, brand or market level.
Monitor key customer activity, identifying opportunities to improve their experience with the group.
Plan and execute exciting campaigns to ensure competitiveness and a fair level of reward.
Requirements
Have native-level proficiency in written and spoken English
Excel at problem-solving and have a Customer-first mindset
Have a sales mindset with strong analytical and data-driven skills
Are passionate about sports, casino, live casino, or other gaming experiences
Possess strong knowledge of Ontario and US sports, including major local and national leagues (e.g., NHL, NBA, CFL, NFL, MLB)
Have experience in the gaming industry – a plus, but not mandatory.
