Manage and grow a portfolio of small-business customers, overseeing the full Lead‑to‑Order (L2O) and Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) cycle.
Execute the end‑to‑end L2O process to ensure timely, accurate quotations, orders, and fulfillment.
Serve as the primary commercial contact, handling pricing, quotations, and customer communication for internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate cross‑functionally with Sales, Logistics, Engineering, and other teams to ensure feasibility, data accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain SAP master data and external customer platforms (e.g., JIRA, ARIBA) while supporting commercial activities such as price reviews, credit checks, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
College degree or equivalent professional experience.
At least 3 years in customer service, commercial operations, or sales support, ideally in a B2B or manufacturing environment.
Working knowledge of SAP (especially SD and CRM) and familiarity with customer platforms such as JIRA or ARIBA.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities, a proactive customer-focused mindset, and fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
