About this role
Role Overview
- Lead the configuration and optimization of Workday HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Absence.
- Own the technical workstreams for Compliance, Scheduling, and Time Tracking.
- Act as a partner to L1/L2 leaders and 3rd party partners, translating complex data into actionable business results.
- Conduct end to end testing to identify and mitigate impacts prior to changes being moved to production.
Requirements
- 3+ years of progressive HRIS experience at high-growth companies.
- Experience managing systems for a large-scale, blended workforce (Hourly/Salaried).
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to handle the challenges of merging organizations into a core system.
