Participate in the training process (organize training sessions, enter training data).
Support HR administrative and payroll processes (collect and enter variable payroll events and absences, prepare administrative and contractual documents for employees and the payroll department).
Assist with management tasks (indicators and dashboards, analyses, attestations and other administrative tasks).
Requirements
Enrolled in a Master’s program in Human Resources or equivalent
Rigorous, autonomous, discreet and adaptable
Team-oriented, able to adapt and strong writing skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
Prior HR work-study/apprenticeship experience is a plus.
