Role Overview
- Drive employee engagement and retention through employee relations and performance management
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver HR programs
- Respond to staff inquiries and conduct investigations
- Advise managers on employee relations issues and compliance
- Coach managers and employees for improved work relationships and retention
- Facilitate human resources training programs
Requirements
- 5 years of related experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Human Resources
- Strong knowledge of federal and provincial/state employment law
- Solid understanding of individual motivation principles and organizational behaviour
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS
