Role Overview
- Lead and coach a team of Clinical Research Associates (CRAs)
- Oversee and manage clinical trial site activities within the region
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and related regulations
- Monitor regional site performance against key metrics and implement corrective actions
- Serve as the primary contact for CRAs and clinical sites in the region
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align activities with clinical strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field with 14+ years' experience in clinical research, operations, or monitoring
- 4+ years direct leadership experience
- Demonstrated understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and US FDA regulations
- Extensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate or similar role
- Experience overseeing clinical site activities
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a remote team effectively
