Drive day-to-day HR operations and foster a culture of accountability
Recruit, interview, and hire qualified job applicants
Establish relationships within the community to generate candidate pipeline
Conduct background checks and employee eligibility verifications
Implement new hire orientation and employee recognition programs
Administer and execute HR programs including compensation and benefits
Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants and employees
Ensure compliance with training and development regulations
Maintain knowledge of HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent years of experience and education/training.
At least 2-4 years of HR Generalist or Business Partner experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communications skills.
Good attention to detail is a must.
Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Access, Power BI); advanced proficiency in Excel preferred.
Possess superior organization, presentation skills, and critical thinking.
Advanced English knowledge.
Must be able to maintain employee confidentiality.
