Act as the primary point of contact for creators and partners. Own the onboarding for high-value creators and partners to the Base ecosystem, ensuring smooth and successful activations.
Manage ecosystem marketing relationships and set expectations to drive alignment and partnership success.
Be the voice of the customer and trusted advisor as to how current and future developers’ needs inform product messaging, brand differentiation, marketing content, and collateral
Evolve the Base culture to ensure that every piece of ecosystem content reinforces Base’s core values and brand message.
Develop a content strategy and calendar that helps provide value, education, and inspiration to the developer community.
Act as the bridge between the customers and the product team. Share insights that lead to initiatives that can help improve builder collaboration and partnership.
Measure and report against the performance of product marketing initiatives
Work closely with partnerships and ecosystems teams to help joint marketing efforts on upcoming launches and GTM campaigns
Requirements
Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing, partnerships or program management experience
Powerful storyteller: written, verbal, and visual
Demonstrated track record of creating customer segment oriented campaigns to steer new customer acquisition, deepen engagement & retention
Outstanding project management skills
Ability to come up to speed on technical topics quickly
Self-starter and ability to be ready to roll-up your sleeves and get things done
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams
