Role Overview
- Review all content staged in the CMS (Webflow) to ensure it is compliant with brand standards.
- Edit complex technical text into clear, concise "plain language" that maximizes readability.
- Own the "broken window" theory of the website—fixing broken links, updating old metadata.
- Serve as the main Point of Contact (POC) and power user for seoClarity.
- Lead the shift from traditional keyword-based SEO to Entity Optimization and Answer Engine Optimization.
- Conduct regular workshops and "Lunch & Learns" for marketing and brand teams.
- Partner with the Data & BI Pod to monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, and engagement metrics.
- Ensure that core English content is culturally neutral and structurally ready for translation.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in SEO, Content Operations, or Digital Marketing
- Deep understanding of the evolution from SEO (Keywords) to GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
- Comfortable using tools like SEOClarity, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics 4 to find insights.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience editing and publishing in enterprise CMS platforms (Webflow/HubSpot).
