Support our Campus recruitment team in the planning and coordination of campus recruitment and school events, ensuring smooth execution.
Assist with scheduling interviews, meetings, and other recruitment-related activities.
Learn the ins and outs of the hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive campus recruitment initiatives, along with enterprise TA Partners to help supply early career talent.
Develop creative solutions for bettering our process, enhancing candidate engagement and school / student body outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with university and student organizations as it pertains to recruitment.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Previous experience in event planning and recruitment (professional, club, fraternity/sorority, sports, etc).
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with scheduling tools.
Comfortable working in a team and independently, with a proactive mindset eager to learn from team members.
