Identification, selection, definition and calculation of global and regional procurement KPIs.
Continuous development and improvement of procurement KPIs, IT systems and reports.
Creation of comprehensive dashboards, reports and presentations including detailed knowledge about data source and aggregation.
Coordination of procurement IT changes and implementation of new procurement software solutions.
Creation, updating and standardization of procurement processes in close collaboration with Supplier Quality and other functions.
Training of regional colleagues regarding standardized processes and monitoring of procurement processes (Process Controlling).
Leading regular meetings with international and cross-functional stakeholders for monitoring procurement performance.
Support and attend on internal/external audits as procurement representative and ensure that processes are in line with regulatory requirements (e.g. ISO 13485).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education
6+ years experience in data analytics
Professional experience in a highly regulated branch (e.g. medical technology, pharmaceutics, aerospace, automotive etc.)
Experience in project management and cross functional teamwork
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, as well as strong collaboration skills
Advanced skills in Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables)
Advanced skills in Power Point (visualizations, formatting, slide master, storytelling)
Strategic mind-set and hands-on approach
Ability to condense and present complex information to different management levels with meaningful reports and presentations
