Requirements
7-12+ years of experience in managed care, healthcare consulting, provider contracting, or related healthcare advisory roles, with demonstrated sales or client-development responsibility.
Deep understanding of hospital or health system managed care operations, payor contracting, and negotiation dynamics.
Proven ability to sell complex, high-value consulting or professional services.
Executive presence and credibility with senior provider leadership.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, able to connect financial, operational, and contractual considerations.
Comfort operating in a hybrid role that blends sales, strategy, and implementation support.
