Requirements
15+ years of progressive experience in talent management, learning, or organizational development, ideally within complex, regulated industries.
Strategic mindset with ability to anticipate organizational and workforce capability needs based on market trends and align the talent development strategy to advance long-term company objectives.
Demonstrated success modernizing talent and learning functions using digital tools, data, and technology.
Proven ability to design and execute enterprise-wide initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
Strong change leadership skills with track record of leading adoption of modern talent practices and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Deep familiarity with People & Culture technology trends (AI-driven learning, skills taxonomies, predictive analytics, experience platforms).
Advanced analytical skill with ability to use data, behavioral science, and technology to identify and address complex people challenges and improve organizational effectiveness.
Advanced influencing and collaboration skills to build strong relationships across the firm to drive strategic alignment and shared accountability. Proven ability to lead across functions and at the senior leadership level.
Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
