Role Overview
- Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle — from ensuring seamless onboarding to organizing important company events
- Plan, organize, and execute company-wide and team events and other culture-building initiatives
- Draft and distribute internal communications such as the company-wide newsletters and periodic company updates
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within HR systems and records, while handling administrative tasks
- Identify opportunities to streamline People Operations workflows, leveraging AI and other tools to automate backend processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
- Experience or interest in HR, People Operations or related, ideally within a fast-paced startup environment
