Role Overview
own and manage key elements of the customer reference program
partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Customer Experience teams
innovate and manage an enticing advocacy program
harness the power of the customer network to fulfill diverse advocacy needs
help cultivate a vibrant community of advocates
collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
empower customers to become champions of the brand
drive forward-thinking initiatives
track, measure, and report program performance
project management overseeing daily progress across multiple stakeholders
Requirements
3-5 years of experience
exceptional communication skills
experience working directly with C-Suite executives
strong understanding or eagerness to learn platform business strategy
passion for customer experience
demonstrated ability to design, launch, and scale advocacy or influencer programs
direct involvement with customer advisory boards and NPS programs is a plus
learn it all attitude and spirit of collaboration
background in sales or customer experience is a plus
experience leveraging AI or cutting-edge technologies
