Gather and verify complete medication lists and patient allergies.
Document all medication details in electronic records.
Interview patients/caregivers and consult pharmacists to resolve discrepancies.
Assist with quality assurance data, clinical services, order handling, and support pharmacists with data entry and insurance claims.

State Pharmacy Technician License
National Pharmacy Technician Certification required
2+ years Pharmacy Technician experience; 1+ year with Medication Reconciliation/History in hospitals
Preferred: Prescription data entry and project coordination experience
Strong computer skills
Experience with Epic, Cerner and/or MediTech
Ability to work independently or within a team.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and technology skills; emergency availability.
