Maintaining awareness of evolving strategies and translating strategic direction into aligned process requirements and engineering needs.
Evaluating market, segment, and product strategies to identify process impacts, capacity constraints, and timeline considerations.
Leading the creation and documentation of detailed process requirements to ensure accurate and efficient implementation.
Identifying out‑of‑scope capabilities and communicating process limitations and enhancement opportunities to market teams.
Continuously assessing operational risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; implementing mitigation plans and initiating reengineering when necessary.
Collaborating with functional process owners to ensure alignment and commitment to process timelines and standards.
Maintaining all process-related documentation.
Serving as a key contributor to training, communication, and testing plans by providing process expertise.
Coordinating and executing post‑implementation process monitoring and reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher strongly preferred or equivalent work experience required.
5+ years of experience in healthcare, operations, engineering, or process improvement environment highly preferred.
