Requirements
- experience with ground-up development of mixed-use class A commercial properties
- strong leadership skills to build and motivate a high-performing team
- extensive experience in providing expert advice to clients and stakeholders
- ability to implement and execute business plans to maximize property tenant satisfaction
- ability to manage communication with tenants, guests, vendors, and internal stakeholders
