Role Overview
- Perform operational duties in support of ICHRA and private exchange businesses
- Ensure timely and accurate response to client-specific requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams for new ICHRA implementations
- Support open enrollment initiatives and plan renewal process
- Respond to client escalations and inquiries
- Monitor audit reporting and reconcile coverage issues
- Maintain understanding of health insurance carrier guidelines
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
Requirements
- 3+ years relevant experience in health insurance operations
- BA/BS degree in business or related field
- Prior knowledge and experience working with Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
