Role Overview
- Perform a variety of operational duties in support of Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA)
- Ensure timely and accurate response and resolution of client specific requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams to support and ensure smooth new ICHRA implementations.
- Respond quickly and accurately to all client escalations and inquiries
- Maintain a thorough understanding of health insurance carrier eligibility and enrollment guidelines
Requirements
- 3+ years relevant experience in health insurance operations
- BA/BS degree in business or related field
- Prior knowledge and experience working with Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements in operations and client support capacity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, with the ability to analyze and manipulate data from multiple sources.
