Serve as the key internal point of contact in the AME Region for all matters related to MAS
Oversee the day–to-day management of all program activities under MAS
Supervise program management & implementation in the region, ensuring compliance with global program policies and procedures
Supervise Program Officers and Program Coordinators in all aspects of the program
Oversee Program Officers’ work with the Supply chain and logistics team to ensure timely completion of tasks
Work closely with the HQ Programs team in all matters related to programs

Bachelor’s Degree required, master’s or relevant certification preferred
5-7+ years of professional experience in healthcare communications required; non-profit and/or global health experience a plus
Advanced project management skills and ability to navigate in a fast-paced environment with a solid track-record of following through on commitments
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; written and verbal fluency in French, Portuguese, or another language, a plus
Willing and able to travel domestically or internationally, on occasion
