Administrator, Office of the Chief Marketing & Growth Officer

Role Overview

• Provide administrative support to Chief of Staff, Marketing and Growth
• Coordinate across teams for inputs to division-wide materials
• Support department operations such as credit card reconciliation and subscription management
• Handle team-wide meeting logistics and travel arrangements
• Special projects and internal/external knowledge management
• Support departmental data collection, dashboards, and event/field trip support

Requirements

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of relevant experience or education
• Professional proficiency in/ MS Office suite
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
