Role Overview

• Deliver exceptional client experience to support CIBC’s vision of leadership in client relationships.
• Engage clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities.
• Complete sales of Chequing and Savings accounts and provide high-level information on other products.
• Thrive in an entrepreneurial, self-managed environment.
• Work on-site full-time with rotational shift work.
• Commuting between nearby Costco Warehouses is required.

Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced sales and service environment, preferably in a financial and client service industry.
• Well-developed interpersonal and conversation skills to proactively engage clients.
• Goal oriented and motivated by accomplishing goals and delivering best to make a difference.
• Passionate about people and finding meaning in relationships.
