- Provide exceptional client experience at a CIBC Kiosk in Costco Warehouses
- Engage clients to understand their financial needs and identify opportunities
- Complete sales of Chequing and Savings accounts
- Provide information on other products like mortgages and Investor’s Edge
- Refer clients for non-deposit account advice and servicing
- Deliver consistent client service excellence and strong sales results
- Maintain client confidentiality and compliance with policies
- Become a technology expert and promote digital banking options
Requirements
- Experience in a fast-paced sales and service environment, preferably in a financial and client service industry
- Well-developed interpersonal and conversation skills to proactively engage clients
- Goal-oriented and motivated by accomplishing goals
- Passionate about people and building relationships
- Digitally savvy and adaptable to new tools and trends
- Strong sense of curiosity and desire to grow knowledge
- Able to bring authentic self to work and live values of trust, teamwork, and accountability
