Conduct direct sales activities to meet and exceed sales targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Canadian market
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through virtual meetings and F2F interactions
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance
Deliver forecasts to leadership and maintain salesforce hygiene
Navigate Mitel systems and organization for support and collaboration
Understanding and positioning Mitel solutions and roadmap
Leverage sales skills such as MEDPICC, Richardson or similar sales methodologies
Requirements
Desirable to speak French
Bachelors degree, or experience in lieu of education
3+ years of proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the Canadian market with a focus on telecommunication, enterprise networking and/or associated technologies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Background with salesforce and/or alternative CRM tools to maintain funnel and organize account plans and opportunity plans
