Role Overview
- Oversee the daily performance of Sales Performance Officers
- Ensure all operations run according to company rules and targets

Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar or related role
- Strong communication skills
- Good leadership abilities
- Familiar with spreadsheets and Microsoft Excel
